Prepaid22 -annual ticket

Who is it for?
Prepaid22 tickets are sold to students with student card that has Matkahuolto's logo on it.

Where to buy
Prepaid22 Tickets are available from all Matkahuolto service points and agents selling Travel Cards.
Where to top up the ticket
Prepaid22 Tickets can be topped up at Matkahuolto service points, R Kiosks, onboard buses and at Matkahuolto agents selling Travel Cards.
Validity of the ticket
The Prepaid22 Annual Ticket is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Groups eligible for discounts
55% discount off the adult fare based on the kilometre rate. Prepaid22 Tickets are sold to students who are eligible for the Matkahuolto student discount.
Refunds
Claims for Prepaid22 Annual Ticket refunds must be made within one (1) month of the date of expiry of the ticket concerned. When the unused value of the ticket is refunded, the fare for each trip is calculated at the adult fare based on the kilometre rate. The sum total of all used trips is then subtracted from the total cost of the ticket and the difference is refunded to the customer.
Prepaid22 Annual Ticket refunds are subject to a service charge.
Limitations
The Prepaid22 Ticket does not permit any transfers.
Right of travel
The Prepaid22 Ticket can be used to pay for several student-discount fares at the same time.
