The Matkahuolto Paketit app does much more than just track parcels. It helps you in your everyday life. The app allows you to manage all your Matkahuolto parcels in the same app and easily send them around Finland and abroad, or even order home delivery for your parcels.

1. Turn on notifications and track the progress of your parcels

2. Send easily. Make payments also with ApplePay and MobilePay.

3. Pick up easily with a pick-up code. Return conveniently with the activation code.

4. You can change the language selection in the app settings if you wish.

Free customer service chat on weekdays and Saturdays

When you open a chat in the app, you will first be connected to the Mauno chatbot. If Mauno can’t answer your question, it will direct you to a customer service agent subject to availability and opening hours.

The chat in the Paketit app is open on weekdays 8-20 and on Saturdays 10-16.
