Send a parcel to a business address

We deliver parcels to the recipient’s address between 8.00 and 16.00, without prior notice, generally within 1 to 3 business days of being sent. The Business Parcel service is particularly suitable for business recipients and retail deliveries.

If the delivery fails, the parcel will be taken to a parcel point near the delivery address for pick up. The recipient will be notified by text message or email when the parcel is available for pick up.

• Longest side of parcel max. 240 cm and combined length (width + depth + height) max. 360 cm Extra charge for parcels with dimensions exceeding 60 cm x 60 cm x 100 cm

• A single consignment can contain up to 10 parcels
